Demolishing Century 2?

Will we lose one of Wichita's most recognizable buildings in the near future? It might not look too good for the spaceship. What's your opinion on a brand new building and a little downtown redevelopment? We think a giant glass convention center would be pretty sweet =) plus you guys could get some sweet videos of us hanging off the side washing the windows!
